Guess Patrick Stump thought that licenses just renew themselves during tour as he was recently arrested on a 2 year suspended license charge. P Stump, you gotta understand that because people drive you around all day in golf carts to your arena shows, doesn't mean you can drive around your big toy cars around on off days.
