It's fun when you clean on a long weekend.  I found a VHS tape that I had edited in 2005 of Armor for Sleep's 10 Spot Drop / Discover and Download on MTV2.  It features a bunch of promos run during that 10pm hour and then a performance of "The Truth About Heaven".  Enjoy.
